OHSU offers a wide variety of graduate programs for students interested in computation.

Biomedical Engineering Program
A diverse program ranging from molecular-scale studies to omics and translational work, with a number of computational faculty.
Biomedical Informatics Graduate Program
This program is part of the Department of Medical Informatics and Clinical Epidemiology. Within this program, we offer two majors that teach courses in informatics and data science: Health and Clinical Informatics (HCIN) and Bioinformatics and Computational Biomedicine (BCB).
Program in Molecular & Cellular Biosciences
A multi-disciplinary program in the basic biomedical sciences featuring a wide range of possible faculty mentors. Note the optional Quantitative Bioscience and Biomedical Engineering emphasis
Computer Science and Electrical Engineering (CS/EE)
A graduate program that offers computational courses in Machine Learning, Data Science, High-Performance Computing, Signal and Image Processing, Speech and Natural Language Processing, and many more.
OHSU/PSU School of Public Health
A graduate program in biostatistics, epidemiology, and public health that offers both Masters and Doctoral programs.
